MITER Brands entities do not use 3rd party email service providers like gmail.com, outlook.com, yahoo.com, etc.  If you see such a link or email associated with our business, it should immediately be considered suspicious.  Use verification methods suggested below before acting.

Always be aware of the possibility of fake e-mails, attachments and links (also known as phishing, spoofing, 'look-alike' or non-MITER Brands email addresses, etc.). MITER Brands will never request banking or ACH changes via email alone.  Always confirm any ACH payment changes with your trusted Accounts Receiveable contact using known contact phone numbers and established channels.  Legitimate e-mail from MITER Brands accounting team members will include a similar alert.
